Basic Requirements

At Sua Sponte Security, we are always on the lookout for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team. To be considered for a position with us, candidates must meet the following basic requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have a clean criminal record

• Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required

• Possess strong communication skills

• Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

While meeting the basic requirements makes you eligible to apply, certain qualifications can significantly enhance your chances of being hired at Sua Sponte Security. We value the following experiences and skills:

• Military experience

• Previous law enforcement experience

• Security guard certification or relevant training

• First aid and CPR certification

• Experience in crisis management or conflict resolution

• Strong observational and reporting skills

• Proficiency with security systems and technology

• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
